В статье приведены основные итоги эмпирического исследования степени влияния государства на динамику финансового состояния сельского хозяйства через механизм распределения субсидий. В качестве объектов изучения использовано более 18 000 сельскохозяйственных организаций в России. Исследована гипотеза о возможности использования рейтинга финансового состояния в роли стимула в механизме распределения ресурсов.

The mechanism of the governmental support: stimulus and restrictions in the system of subsidy distribution.
This article reveals the basic results of the empirical research of the level of the governmental influences dynamics on the financial position of agriculture through the system of subsidy distribution. More than 18000 agricultural farms in Russia were objects for this research. An idea about application of a financial position rating as a stimulus in the system of resources distribution is suggested.

В данной статье указаны результаты испытаний нового препарата – мазь «Тизоль с амоксициллином» при раневых инфекциях у мелких домашних животных. В результате испытаний было выявлено, что данный препарат превосходит по эффективности другие препараты, используемые при лечении ран, не проявляет побочных эффектов и обладает комплексным действием.
